Apricot Jello Salad
APRICOT JELLO SALAD
Bring to Boil:
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
Add boiling mixture to:
2 packages of Apricot Jello (can use Peach Jello, if you can’t find apricot)
1 large package of cream cheese
2 jars of apricot baby food (or you can use 1 cup apricot nectar)
Add to jello mixture while still warm.
Chill until begins to gel, then add:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 can Eagles’ sweetened condensed milk
This takes awhile to gel, so should be made the night before you want to serve it.
