The Lord is Faithful

"The Lord is faithful to all his promises and loving toward all he has made. The Lord upholds all those who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing." Psalm 145:13b-16

Thanksgiving is the perfect time for us to acknowledge God's faithfulness to us. He blesses us abundantly every single day and we take so many of his blessings for granted. Take a moment and remember how God has upheld you this past year during the tough times, how he has lifted you up when everything seemed to be falling apart, how he provided for you when you thought there was no way out, how he satisfied your needs and maybe even your wants and desires. God's hand is open always---he is ready to give you all that you need, and the desires of your heart. Acknowledge that He loves you and longs to be faithful to all his promises toward you. You are his creation. He has a plan and a purpose for you that no one else can fufill. Be thankful and praise him this Thanksgiving and every day for the rest of your life!
